More wonderful ideas. I don't have birds visiting now with no feeder. During the snow yesterday, I found a Hairy climbed the wall on my neighbour's. Turned out a piece of pizza was hidden there by someone. (Mr. Squirrel or Racoon)

Interesting behaviour of the junk food seeking Downy (small bill and black spots on white outer tail feathers). Cool capture.

Hi Thomas,  Thank you, I debated with myself too when I posted the pics this morning. Because when I saw it yesterday, it seemed larger, and this morning when I looked at the photo, especially the profile one, the bill was shorter. Maybe the distance a confused me. And it was snowing when I took the pics, but it was a great lesson, since I recently said to myself that at least I got my Hairy/Downy right. And here I am. :-\ :-\

Now that's a cracking behavioral shot, wonder which part of Pizza it was nibbling on.
