tree swallow nest

I put up a tree swallow nest box last weekend May 1 does anyone no if thats to late or will a pair occupy it this season so i don't have to wait untill next breeding season

Unfortunately.......you might have to wait.

I have a pair in my nest box that moved in a quite few weeks ago.

It's been a couple of weeks since the last time I checked, but at that time the nest was complete and it already had eggs.
