Merlin at Queen's Park

A merlin is back again at the north end of Queens Park and across the street from the ROM. It perches high on dead branches of some tall trees and is VERY noisy. I didn't realize that merlins were city dwellers like the Peregrines have become.

Thanks, didn't know that either so will keep an eye out for him. Every year there's a red-tail on the south lawn of the Ont. Leg almost "full-time" keeping the squirrels in check.
