What Swallow is this?

What type of swallow is this?  A Rough-winged Swallow?  How can I be sure it is not a Bank Swallow?
I saw this bird at Benmiller, near Goderich Ontario.

I think it is a Northern Rough-winged Swallow as you thought.  I think a bank swallow would be lighter on the throat.
