We are back at the Beach, I just watched Mom, Dad and two juvenile Cardinals at the feeder as the sky is starting to darken. It has bean a cool rainy day up here compared to yesterday it is 15 C was 31 C yesterday.
Wednesday just after we arrived I was hearing the "chuck chuck chuck " sounds that Red Bellies make and kept track of were it was heading. Eventually the bird ended up in the neighbours tree across the street. I was able to catch a glimpse of it transitioning to the big Oak behind our house. Grabbed the camera and the Red Bellied zoomed away after making an odd sound immediately a Red headed WP appeared in our tree and as I lifted the camera it disappeared.
I think there might be a little turf war happening.
Napper ps feeder is very busy. not easy typing in the dark
