Hi everyone.

I was out birding at Lake Aquitaine (NW Mississauga) today and sighted what appears to be an ill male House Finch.  His eyes looked extremely crusty and almost completely swollen shut!   :(  The poor little guy.

Is there anyone that I should be reporting this to or anyone that keeps a record of this sort of thing?
