I was there on Sat early a.m (brrrrrr!), and did not see the Snowy, unfortunately. But did find the 2 GHOs, 2 coopers, and 1 other raptor that I don't think was a coopers but couldn't tell from my angle, redpolls, a kinglet, a flicker, goldfinches, tree sparrows, cardinals, a downy and chickadees. On the water, the goldeneye drakes were posturing with each other, and there was a female common merganser trying to hang around with the goldeneyes. Also saw lots of redheads, along with the usual longtails and scaups and buffleheads.
When I wasn't directly in the wind, it wasn't so bad out there after all!
