We were watching an adult Red-tailed Hawk as it flew past our 18th floor window. It zoomed up to the Summerhill LCBO and flushed a flock of pigeons. I grabbed my binoculars and spotted a Peregrine that had just arrived on the scene. In a matter of several seconds, it flew east and then south over Rosedale. It passed two soaring Red-tailed Hawks over Rosedale Valley Road and headed back to Yonge Street, skirting our building about four floors below us.
We've noticed a dark grey bullet buzz the large flock of pigeons by Canadian Tire a few times recently but this was our best look so far.
