went down to halls rd., yesterday afternoon.many hawks,including a male kestrel seen on hwy 23,on the drive down.
HALLS RD:
several hawks seen hunting over the fields.2 deer with tails up,bounding away.black,and red squirrels.male cardinal,blue-jay,black capped chickadees,american tree sparrows,downy wood pecker,seen at bird feeding stations. geese a plenty flying overhead(good flight shot practise).tons of varied waterfowl,at the end of the road,including, bufflehead,mergansers,etc...,and many,i,m not yet familiar with.all in all a very good outing
