Hi Folks, Nice day to be out and about.
At Bronte Marina, pleased to see 2 red necked grebes in front of the restaurant, also bufflehead and redheads and several mute swans.
Of course gulls and c. geese were present.
In Brampton we have the goldfinches at the feeder at breakfast time - one male now has quite a yellow head with a black patch over one eye, so cute. By lunch time yesterday we had a house finch, a house sparrow, chickadee and a couple of juncos with half a dozen mourning doves basking in the sun on the fence. I have heard the white throated sparrow recently in the neighbourhood but not spotted him yet. Cheers. Margaret
