I would say that it is a Sharpie.

The Sharp Shinned Hawks have a Flap-Flap-Flap-Glide flightline, while Coopers Hawks are more direct in there flightline and have a bigger head.

Thanks Cody, sometimes I'm just not sure, given the bright sunny day we had today. Light plays a lot of tricks on feathers and the eye.

I think also a cooper's head is darker? Is this right?
