Hi all,
I spent a few hours on the Islands today, enjoying the beautiful weather and the birds.
It was rather quiet in terms of migrant, but the breeding birds were very vocal and present.
Following is the complete list of what I've seen:

-Double-crested Cormorant
-Great Egret 1
-Mute Swan
-Canada Goose
-Mallard
-Gadwall
-Canvasback  3 pairs
-Cooper's Hawk 1
-Kildeer  3
-Spotted Sandpiper  1
-Ring-billed Gull
-American Herring Gull  1
-Common Tern
-Mourning Dove
-Chimney Swift
-Ruby-throated Hummingbird  1 male
-Eastern Wood-Pewee  2
-Least Flycatcher  several
-Eastern Kingbird  5
-Red-eyed Vireo 5
-Warbling Vireo  4
-Blue Jay
-Northern Rough-winged Swallow
-Tree Swallow
-Cliff Swallow
-Ruby-crowned Kinglet  1
-Blue-gray Gnatcatcher   heard only
-American Robin
-Swainson's Thrush  10
-Gray Catbird   2
