A Northern Shrike was actively feeding at Sam Smith Park yesterday. He never stayed on a perch for more than a couple of minutes. This heavily cropped photo is the best view I got:

Great sighting and great photo (even though cropped) some of the best shots are heavily cropped!
I myself, of course am a cropoholic! LOL

Love the perch, shrike and cropping go hand and hand, I find them quite skiddish
