High Park was very quiet around noon today; few people, no snow and no wind. At the north end of Grenadier Pond, a beaver was feeding and moving under the ice from one open spot to another.
A healthy-looking red fox was patrolling the west side of the Pond and also stalked through the reeds at the north end.
