I've spotted these two several times this winter on my way to work.  Most often I see only one .. but almost every day there's at least one in this tree or another tall pine close by.
They have very white bellies with almost no brown barring .. are they Juvie's or is this winter plumage for RTHs?

I see a couple pairs along the 401 between Martingrove/Eglinton and Hurontario.

Great sighting!

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

Thanks Denis / Zed ... Vince teases me that these are the most photographed RTHs in Mississaug.  I have take pics of RTHs in this tree many times over the last year or so. Anyone care to say if they are Juvies or not.? . From the faint vertical barring , my guess is that they are , and even possibly siblings.
There are always hawks around Winston Churchill/Meadowpine  and on lamp posts along Erin Mills Pkwy.  I think I've spotted a few Kestrels too.

Yes.  :)  I see them at Lake Wabukayne occasionally.  Look for Merlin as well!   8)
