I am familiar with reporting tagged shore birds but does anyone know where to report tagged double crested cormorants. Thanks.

I've used this US site to report banded birds. Usually they mail me a note, which tells me about that bird's history. I hope this helps. http://www.pwrc.usgs.gov/bbl/
