yellow bellied chickadee

I was at Bowmanville Valley last weekend with my sons when I noticed a chickadee... I just happened to have my binos with me and when I tracked it down I was surprised to see it had a bright yellow belly.
Has anybody ever heard of this before? Could it have mated with a warbler? Sounds funny but it makes me wonder...
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Probably an escapee European Tit (not sure how many varieties there are, but there seems to be a few), a cousin of the chickadee.

I'd think more likely some sort of staining.
Escaped blue tits and great tits are occasionally seen, but they look very different from a chickadee in other ways too.
