I took a wonderful one hour stroll through Downsview Park today. I saw a number of birds that I have never seen before (I am new to this bird watch thing).
3 Brown-headed Cow bird
4 American Goldfinch
1 Baltimore Oriole
1 American Kestrel
3 Eastern King birds
2 Mallards
1 Mourning Dove
and a bunch of:
tree swallows
barn swallows
chimney swifts
Killdeer
spotted sandpipers
American Robins (including some babies)
Red-Winged Black birds
