Id think the same thing goes on in NYC they just dont wanna report that there. Its great we have FLAP here in Canada, I admire and know several folks who help them. They are not only saving birds from tons of people, but more so from Gulls who would feed on the injured or stunned birds, not just the dead ones. Lets hope some of the new measures are effective.
