Our house backs or fronts, however you look at it, on the Credit River. Saw the GBH yesterday and heard the Kingfisher. They have been around for at least a month. Also the daily parade of 10 - 13 turkeys thru the yard. They roost in the trees across the river and now that the leaves are gone, can see them settling in near dusk. Sometimes can be quite entertaining.
