Black Swan is no more

It is with a heavy heart that I report that the Black Swan is dead. I spoke with a neighbor today  who fishes at Frernchman's Bay and he told me that last Wednesday Jan 16th he saw the Swan dead on the shore. :(

I'm sure it was having a hard time with the weather; aren't they native to Australia?  Unfortunate.  A lot of animals are in for some tough weather in the next few days.
