Nine of them, by our count, at the Main Beach, Saturday, 22/09. They were among 4-500 gulls of various kinds-- Ring-billed, Herring and Bonaparte's.
The Little Beach was very quiet in comparison-- eleven Turkey Vultures circled in the strong wind. The Sewage Lagoons were also tame: Canada Geese, Mallards, Killdeer, some Pectoral Sandpipers, Red-winged and Rusty Blackbirds.
