Two Great Horned Grebes and one Rednecked Grebe were found in the Owen Sound and Meaford areas and brought to Harrison Park in Owen Sound by well meaning individuals. There is open water there in the Sydenham River, though the Owen Sound harbour is completely frozen over. They were probably blown off course by winter storms, as I haven't seen any there previously.
