Another Mallard Hybrid?

Saw this one at Humber Bay Park East on Saturday. Looked odd; so I took a picture of it. It has strange looking body feather and white neck with black lines. What is the other species that Mallard has crossed with?

Looks like a domestic Bibbed Mallard.
