Nice collection.  Never seen a Kestrel grab a bug like that.  That's a great capture.

Welcome to the site; you have started well with some lovely photos. What's the fourth one - a ruffed grouse? I am waiting to see one myself.

Yup it's a ruffled grouse... I think it's a female.... I saw it in algonquin park at the brent campsite. It did not like me!
