Is This a Clubtail Dragonfly? Nope

I saw this dragonfly in the upland portion of Riverwood Conservancy in Mississauga today. It's perched on a mature (hand-sized) grape vine leaf. The "wasp waist" was very  noticeable, especially since I was expecting one of the fairly common kinds like a 12-spotted skimmer.

If it is a Clubtail, I doubt it would be possible to identify the type from the photo since I didn't get a side view. It's possible that it's so common, though, that someone can tell at a glance. If so, I'd appreciate any advice.

It's a new one for me, no matter what type it is.

Thanks! That's a good name given the shape of the flattened part.
