Looked Bohemian to me......with very distinct wing markings.
How rare are they in the GTA?

I would agree that it's a Bohemian Waxwing. The yellow on the wing distinguishes it from the Cedar. I've not seen one in the GTA area but the guides say that they winter this far south

Definately a Bohemian. I saw my first few last december. the bohemians, as well as the pine grosbeaks, are more plentiful in the GTA this year because some of the berry crops up north failed.
