Sunday Jan 8, 2017 8:30am, during the Rouge National Urban Park - Winter Bird count. On the VISTA trail south of the observation platform a Northern shrike seen hovering and then perching on top of medium size bushes. At an opening on the Vista trail, just south of the viewing platform.
