Is this a Bullock's Oriole?

Hi, I wasn't sure if  this was a female Baltimore Oriole or Orchard Oriole (photo captured in Toronto last week), but a birder I ran into later insisted it's a Bullock's Oriole (a bird I hadn't heard of before). Upon Googling, I'm not sure which it is. It seems Toronto is out of a Bullock's'  normal range, but apparently it has appeared in Ontario in the past. Can you help identify it for me?

Looks good for a Baltimore Oriole.

Ontario is way out of range for Bullock's Oriole......too many birders are always looking beyond the normal and always hoping for that rarity

Ha! Perhaps he was just toying with me :) I'm not a bird snob, though. What's not to love about a Baltimore Oriole?!
