I went to 2 parks today, with not much to show. and returned to find 4 monarchs at my neighbour's flower bed. Why did I go out again?

So hard to take them in flight, with so many flowers around.

Hi Ally,

Your moth is actually a butterfly. I think it's a duskywing but I'm not sure which one. Somebody here can probably id it.
