I missed a perfect opportunity when he is at a clean spot, with the morning sun on it, and some squirrels ruin it for me. There were a couple of them. Now going back to class.

Being confounded by the god of chaos is all part of nature photography. What matters most is how you handle it. You didn't swear and jump up and down and throw things into the bushes, so I think you are going to make it through disappointment just fine. Thank goodness that you are not like me and have a seizure of hysteria that makes pedestrians 200 meters away immediately turn and walk the other way. Remember Ally, you have superpowers of enthusiasm and lets not ruin that with antics that just enable the god of chaos to over-react.

How I manage to blur the shots of a stationed Sharpie is also beyond me.
