This flycatcher has what I would call 'a vest' because of the contrast between mid-breast and sided with a slight constriction where the bow tie should be. Then again, it could be a dark Eastern Wood Pewee. I'm not that experienced with flycatchers. Unfortunately it wasn't calling, so that didn't help matters either.
