This morning 20 to 30 Grackles or more appeared in our yard and next door. Many of them were juveniles. My Wife scared them off the feeder. They reappeared this afternoon.
Couple years ago there were hundreds of them at the Township hall on Balm beach rd. on the Sept long weekend, prepping for migration I guess. It was noisy. There were some Red Wing Blackbirds in the mix....
