Took our Ancient Border Collie out to do her thing. We head outside and I tuck the lease up under her harness and let her go. In the mean time I put out the recycling and then follow her up and down the sidewalk four times.
I think it was just after she did her thing I heard a flapping sound turned around and watched a large bird Crow or Raven sized fly away. Owls usually do not make a sound taking flight. Dunno was it watching the dog?
There are a still a few Hare tracks about and I spotted one down the street last night around midnight again while out with dog.
Two days ago I was out with Dog in the afternoon on sidewalk when 20 or more Doves scattered and a hawk (Coopers?) zoomed past.
Napper:) I can't imagine how much snow is up North if we have this much snow here
