All over "The GTA" Peregrine Falcons are fledging. Ive been helping out at a site,and its amazing to see. Ive seen the adults flying all over the sky without a single flap,frenzied early flights of the young(getting stronger by the day) and feedings. Soon the young will be taught to hunt,Ive seen once b4 an adult carrying food and drop in,and before it hits the ground the juvenile catches it. Truely its a great chance to view them,help out an endangered species in a small way and learn alot at the same time. Id encourage anyone with some extra time to give the Canadian Peregrine Foundation a call or check their site to volunteer.
