Vireo ? Rfi

Hey!!
Today after work while bbq'n supper I noticed this guy in our tree
Is it a vireo? It appeared more yellow than the image shows it had two wing bars that really doesn't show well in this image..
It does have the "spectacles" look about it. I am thinking it might be a Blue headed vireo..
sorry for the poor quality I have the camera set at the wrong resolution and my Bigma is headed for the repair shop.
Thanx in advance..

I added a second edit. I forgot about the RAW image, I also cropped it.

Hi Napper,
It is a Blue-headed Vireo. I'm seeing the wing bars, "spectacles" and the blue head.
I had the first junco of the season in my yard today.
