Thanks to everyone for the advice on where to go.

  Here's a report.

I went for a drive this morning. Stopped at Ojibway park. Some goldfinches, a few pine
  siskens, a pair of white-breasted nuthatches & a red-bellied woodpecker.

I then headed to Holiday beach which i managed to somehow drive by & miss. Kept heading
towards Leamington on county road 20 & spotted an immature Bald Eagle on the ice in a bay.
It was about a hundred yards offshore.

Headed to Hillman Marsh next, found it ok, but it was frozen solid. No Birds.

Then headed towards Wheatley Harbour but got lost on the backroads but was rewarded
with a Peregrine flying low over afield.

Maybe it is time for a GPS.

Then the snowstorm hit so it was time to call it a day.

Overall a great outing for mid February.
