Seen lots about the Reesor Road pond by Hwy 7, are people aware about the pond by Old Finch (a few km south). Apparently it is less than a year old. Some limited parking. Bird boxes around at least one (told by couple of conservators) used by kestrel. Several shorebirds (spotted sandpiper, killbeer, yellowlegs, probably others I don't identify as different), Kingbirds and usual local suspects.
So far no herons or egrets, but worth looking at as you are passing to more established areas.
There is a path along one long side and a short side, but I have been advised no access off the path.
(The larger Reesor Pond/Hwy 7 has a path created by dog walkers all the way around, albeit getting somewhat overgrown during the height of summer).
Graham.
