Coopers Hawk????

I was in the Bradford area early this aft and spotted this guy sitting in a tree. I stopped and only managed a couple of shots before he/she took off. I think it may be a Coopers Hawk but not sure so please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!!!!

That is a tough one..I cannot see the underside of the tail feathers.

It looks like a Sub adult Male Coopers hawk. (yellowish eyes)

Hope to meet you this summer at Tiny Marsh.!
