Hello everyone .. lighting was not ideal to say the least . so hope someone can tell me if this is a Sharpie or a Cooper's. He's got dark eyes and a squared tail , and orange barring  ...so maybe a Sharpie?

Hi  Scott ... it wasn't that cold and  he didn't sit there for long and likely found some warm lunch soon after. :)
