there are two BCN Herons hanging around the park these days..this one was hunkering down on a rock

oh geez, really? i could have swore it was the great blue that flew over to the rocks...hmm but i am just looking now at the feet and they are yellow...
:oops: ...ok..too many herons in this area now...i'm mixing them all up!

thanks Meghan ..i will just put this down in the books as one of my birdie bloopers!
I like the way the sun is shinging on his feathers...with multiple colors if you look real close.
