Maplewood Park - Friday February 4th

Hi everyone.  I was walking around at Maplewood Park in the afternoon and sighted the following:

Blue Jays
Cardinals
Chickadees
Crows
House Sparrows

Also sighted a Cooper's Hawk making sounds similar to a chicken clucking.  Thank You BIGFRANK for explanation of this sound.    

I'm really hoping to see Cooper's Hawk babies again this year!

Hi...yes that is a totally normal call for a Coopers Hawk to make. Pretty neat to hear,it was abit of an alarm call(agitated).
