Horned Larks - Conc 4 Uxbridge S of Zepher Rd

We saw a group of about 10 Horned Larks on concession rd 4 of Uxbridge just south of the Zepher Rd.  We typically see Horned larks at this location in late Feb to early March.  I think Feb 21 may be a record early sighting for us!  Cheers Terry

Saw about 35 Horned larks just a little further south than last Monday on Concession 4 of Uxbridge this afternoon.  Even with the snow last night the Larks were flitting about landing on the road pecking at the gravel on the road.  Nice to see them back!  Cheers Terry

Saw about 15 horned larks in the same spot today....  concession 4 of Uxbridge just south of the Zepher road.  The local farmer must be starting to wonder why the same car stops every Sunday afternoon in front of his house! lol!  Cheers Terry
