Has anyone ever been to Centennial Park for birding, if so was it successful?
Is there a path?
All I could find on the websites were about the Greenhouses (and other stuff) but nothing about the natural areas
always curious..
Irene :)

I live nearby and I've only ever found it fair at best. However on it's western boundary there  is the Etobicoke Cr. that may be fruitful in spring. Best access is to go to Burnhamthorpe west of Mill Rd. At the bottom of the hill is a Sheridan nursery at then a park . There is a bike path up the west side of Sheridan that loops behind it to the Cr. and a trail that heads north up the creek and crosses over to the Centennial side. This path can be only a foot trail at points but will lead you all the way up to the airport. For cyclists it is passable for the most part but short stretches are unmamanged and difficult. Good for flycatchers, GBH, Kingfishers, Red Tails, sparrows.
