A bunch of new for the year birds (Great Egret, Northern Shoveler, Blue-winged Teal, Green-winged Teal, Pied-billed Grebe, Greater Yellowlegs, Tree Swallow, Barn Swallow). Male and female Northern Harrier, Northern Pintail, Am. Black Duck and Am. Coot were other notable birds at Hillman Marsh.
At Wheatley Harbour there were a huge amount of Bonaparte's Gulls, I guess at least 2000 birds.
This morning I saw my first Eastern Towhee of the season in Chatham.
