Some shorebirds at Rock Point, mainly Dunlins, two Least and a Semipalmated Sandpiper.
On the parking lot we almost ran over a Killdeer nest! When getting out of the car the Killdeer warned frantically and dit its playing injured display and we discovered four eggs less than a meter from the car! Hope the eggs will survive until they are hatched, doesn't seem like the ideal place for a nest.
