Had nice views of a Northern Harrier around the marina at Col Sam this morning. It went to ground on the south side of the marina, so we wandered over for a look and flushed it, it appeared it had been feeding on a dead mute swan whose fresh looking carcass was lying there with exposed flesh. Also Green Winged Teal, American Wigeon, American Coot in the northern most bay, east side of the park among the Mallards and Gadwall.
