Just had a large (?) flock of robins (15+) and starlings (20+) eating dry berries in front of my house! Can spring be far behind?

I don't think the robins migrate. I've heard them in the cedar bush in December and January...I think they change their behaviour so we just don't see them.

As for starlings, they seem to be changing like Canada Geese...and there are birds electing not to migrate.

As for spring I think we're in for a long cool wet spring....and a miserable summer.

I'm here all week and available for parties if you need a killjoy.
