A good day, 60 species in total but the highlight was a King Eider-Ist Winter, male. Most of the time he "'ad 'is 'ed tucked underneath 'is arm" but when he stopped dozing and his head popped out he was a beauty. Two other more experienced birders confirmed, The best from the list of usual suspects were: Wilsons, Cape May, Magnolia, Black Throated Green & Blue,yellow, Yellow -rumped, Pine Siskins, Gray-cheeked Thrush, Swainson's Thrush, Veery, Brown Thrasher, Lesser Yellowlegs and a Belted Kinfisher. Wow!
