Went up to Carden area over Holiday weekend and got these shots below. It got pretty hot up there as well but still manged to see 43 species.....including 1 young bull moose in Wren marsh and 1 black bear crossing road on Shrike road. It took longer than planned to get up there, but I would recommend for other birders to go in late May- mid June for next year, as selection of birds is quite different from Toronto area

Virgina Rail and chick

Black-throated Green warbler

Nashville warbler

Eastern Phoebe

Eastern Meadow Lark

Osprey

Uplands Sandpiper

Wilson's Snipe

Red-breasted Grosbeak

Turkey Vulture

Some very nice shots.

I went up for the third time in nine days yesterday and I too highly recommend it for anyone who has never been there.

Great place.  Great sightings.  Osprey shots rock; but I am most envious of your Meadowlark (I only ever see them far off in the distance).

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

Holy crap Dave you got some great birds here.
I think I am going to try to head up there one day early next week.
I hope I have the same luck as you.
